All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier location.

Shipping Times

Because Monarch Health sources products from multiple trusted suppliers, shipping times may vary.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 5–14 business days

• International orders (if enabled): 7–21 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or high demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Some orders may ship in multiple packages and may receive separate tracking numbers.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using a variety of carriers depending on the supplier and destination. Carrier selection is automatic and cannot be changed after checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Monarch Health is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in locating the shipment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events outside of our control.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
